The Modern Cabin Cruiser, Reimagined

Today's cabin cruiser has evolved far beyond the heavy, slow boats of decades past. Intrepid's cabin models deliver true offshore performance wrapped in yacht-level comfort. These aren't weekend boats that struggle in a chop; they're serious platforms engineered to run fast, ride dry, and keep you comfortable mile after mile.

With Intrepid's stepped-hull technology, cabin cruisers can achieve speeds and fuel efficiency that were once the exclusive domain of center consoles. Add in vacuum-infused construction for a lighter, stronger hull, and you have a cabin boat that genuinely performs. Built for Extended Adventures

Every Intrepid is hand-built in Largo, Florida, with the same meticulous attention to detail that has earned the brand a loyal following among the most demanding boaters in the world.

Outboard-powered boats don’t get any bigger than the Intrepid 475. Flagship of today’s Intrepid fleet, she occupies a narrow niche in the American performance-yacht market—the intersection of size, speed, and luxury. Indeed, with her high-tech stepped hull, exciting performance, and quad power there’s nothing on the market to compete with her (so far, that is). Lounge seating for eight on the elevated bridge deck wraps around the helm with room for a full wet bar, drink cooler, and optional airconditioning. Aft of the helm, the big 100-square-foot cockpit can be rigged for diving or fishing. The dash can fit two big-screen video displays, and a wraparound windshield protects against high-rpm wind and spray. Below, the 475’s stylish interior consists of a dinette forward (which converts to a berth at the push of a but- ton), two private staterooms aft, a large head with separate stall shower, and a full-service galley with side-by-side refrigerator and microwave. Headroom in the cabin is nearly seven feet. Note that the 475’s outboard power results in more living and storage space than most comparably sized inboards. Four 350hp Yamaha four-strokes will top 50 knots wide open.
