Amidships starboard is the large galley with a 3 burner stove and oven, refrigerator, double sinks and more. Across from the galley is the head compartment and aft of the head is the master cabin with a custom innerspring mattress (missing the sliding door) with a private entrance to the head. Aft to starboard is the nav station at the head of the guest quarter-berth. On deck she has a large cockpit (over eight feet long) with a footwell and a taffrail. A raised helm seat provides good visibility over the cabin top.

HISTORY OF VESSEL
This famous William Garden design has been built by a few different builders over the years. Tayana Yachts built several of these and Sandpiper was one of them. She was stored inside a warehouse from 2008 until 2018 when she was purchased at Rouses Point, New York She sailed down Lake Champlain and the Champlain Canal system and the New York Canal system to the Hudson River and then offshore to New Jersey. She was later trucked to Kemah, TX and has been here since that time.
The sellers were planning on cruising her to the Florida Keys and The Bahamas but have had a change in their plans and are putting her up for sale.
INOPERABLE / IN NEED OF ATTENTION
