refit work - winter 2023/2024

Replaced air-conditioners (2) with Dometic Climate Control, marine self-contained

units. Unit in berth is 10 k BTU and the salon is 16 k BTU

Through the hull and pumps for AC units also replaced.

Replace main bulkhead wall and supporting structure

Remove and refabricate new solid fiberglass rudder towers and replace rudder

bearings.

Remove and fabricate new cockpit panels

New sea cock for generator.

Fabricate mount and install new ground bar.

Remove and repair rotten plywood from front deck

Remove macerator pump and replumb system with appropriate holding tank and

install new sanitation pump out.

Remove old generator

Replace both Jabsco Caterpillar pumps on engines

Removed and steamed heat exchanger tubes both engines

Remove and repack stuffing boxes.

Install new engine room lighting

Remove engine vents on port and starboard and re-glass area. Redirect air flow

from cockpit with new vents.

Replace with new 8 person life raft to include hard case and hydrostatic release.

New bilge pumps (2) in engine room

to risers, new cooler hydraulic lines. Turbos reinstalled with new seals and gaskets
