After the closing I wondered whether I would have purchased the boat if you and Mack would have not been on the transaction. I really have serious doubts. The seller was not an easy seller, and I was not an easy buyer, and the boat was not an easy boat!!! An additional thanks regarding all you messages after the closing, volunteering your assistance in matters that I was completely lost. All the family values you very highly and we all are very thankful for all the time you spent in this transaction.
