I just got off the phone with the owner of the 50′ Baia performance yacht for sale and he is very motivated to sell. The boat was recently refit and well maintained which makes this a very good deal on a fast 50′ yacht. The surface arneson drives give her excellent handling and performance, able to reach speeds up to 50 mph, and they have a reduced draft when compared to strait shafts which is perfect for Florida cruising. She can zip down to Key West in just a few hours and can go Fort Lauderdale to Bimini in about an hour. The interior wood work is in excellent condition and the soft goods were recently replaced, inside and out. Entering the cabin puts you in the dining area/galley. Then to the port is your guest stateroom and forward is the owner’s suite with ensuite head. Back outside, she has a custom hard top over which provides some shade over the main cockpit and aft is a large sunpad with plenty of room for sunbathing.
