Along with the sales of the 101′ Hargrave Yacht “King Baby” and the 130′ Westport Yacht “Mustang Sally” so far this year, we are pleased to announce that we have sold another boat (also this month we closed on the 46′ Azimut Evolution which sold to a foreign buyer) to a foreign customer which will be shipped next month. The 40′ Meridian yacht “Kimmy P” has sold to a Japanese customer. Currently the vessel is located at our docks here at Harbour Towne Marina where we are installing new carpets before she will be loaded aboard a ship in Port Everglades to depart on her journey to her new home in Yokohama, Japan.
Built in 2006, this 40′ Meridian 408 Yacht is made to be accommodating. The first time I stepped into the saloon on this craft I was amazed by all the space there is. The saloon is spacious and there is plenty of headroom as you enter into the entertainment area. Forward from there is the galley to the port and a head to the starboard before entering into the VIP stateroom. Aft of the saloon is the companionway down to the master stateroom which has large windows looking out the transom as well as a private head with separate shower. Furthermore, if you have extra overnight guests, the couch in the main saloon also is a pull out bed! Back topside there is a nice aft deck with a sink area and grill under a hard-top with plenty of space for chairs or a table. Above forward is the helm station which has plenty of seating as well as another refrigerator.
