“When you’re investing in something of this magnitude, the design should have longevity”
– Northcoast Yachts Designer Paul FredricksonSearch our Used Northcoast Yachts for Sale database now! In 2003, Stephen Yadvish, founder of Seattle-based Yachtfish, purchased and reopened Northcoast Yachts as a yacht builder, blending traditional and classic designs with practical and modern concepts to create timeless yachts that would endure the fluctuation of yacht trends and fads. Yadvish, a designer and builder of mega yachts, high tech maxi boats and high performance speedboats, quickly went to work after resurrecting the inactive company. Having spent 15 years as the founder and operator of Yachtfish Marine, Yadvish developed a range of skills and gained valuable experience that proved integral in Northcoast’s ascent to the highest ranks of yacht builders. Acute attention to detail and meticulous building processes are what have helped to amass a loyal clientele for Northcoast Yachts. Productivity was instantaneous when Yadvish reactivated Northcoast Yachts with six renditions of the 85′ motor yacht released, followed by the first 87′ motor yacht in 2006. Over the years, Northcoast designer Paul Fredrickson has continued working to perfect the 85′ motor yacht. The construction of a 125-foot motor yacht was accomplished in 2011 and the company facilities are equipped and poised to accommodate additional projects as well. The Northcoast facilities have the capacity to build up to four 130′ yachts within one building at any given time. Find more information on Northcoast Yachts History.
