“My-Chelle” is a raised pilothouse cockpit motor yacht which launched August 1999. She features accommodations for eleven guests in five staterooms, plus crew. She represents the most innovative styling and latest technologies in yachts of this class. This yacht was designed by Jack Sarin and was built on a Westport hull. Installed with twin MTU diesel main engines, MY CHELLE can attain a top speed of 22 knots. MY CHELLE is propelled by twin screw propellers. She also has an efficient range of 3500 nautical miles when underway at her cruise speed of 18 knots. Her total HP is 3600 HP and her total Kilowatts are 2650. As for the yacht’s stabilizers she utilizes NAIAD. In 1999 she was formally launched to celebration in Richmond Bc and following sea trials and final completion was then handed over to the new owner. The hull and superstructure are made extensively with composite. With a width of 25 feet MY CHELLE has moderate internal space. She has a reasonably shallow draft of 5.5 ft. She had refit improvement and modification undertaken in 2008.
The yacht was painted in 2006 and updates are constantly being made. New headliner in 2010; some electronics being updated and recently updated the new High Definition HD& SeaTel with new TV’s throughout the vessel.
